Historic Guestrooms (Other room type than std, dlx, ste, ... etc.) The Priorys Superior Class guestrooms are decorated with antiques of a by-gone era. Most Superior rooms have one queen beds/ a few have one double bed. Each room is unique with its own shape and style. There are no separate sleeping and living areas in the type of room. Many rooms can accommodate rollaway beds for additional guests not wishing to share a bed. All rooms have a view of either the Priorys garden courtyard or downtown Pittsburgh. Several rooms have been designated as business class with high speed internet hook-ups and large desks and workspaces. All rooms have cable television and well appointed bathrooms.

From PIT: Take Route 60 E from airport toward Pittsburgh. Rt. 60 turns into I279 N toward Pittsburgh. Follow 279 N through Ft. Pitt Tunnel. On Ft. Pitt Bridge, directly after tunnel stay to L and follow signs for Ft. Duquesne Bridge, staying to far R and follow signs for I279 N exit from bridge. Take first exit off of Bridge, exit 7C, East Ohio Street, Stay to far left off of ramp, following signs for East Ohio St. At intersection of Ramp and East Ohio St, L on East Ohio St -travelling west). Follow East Ohio to 2nd traffic light -Cedar Avenue-. L on Cedar Avenue, heading S. Go L at third street, Pressley Street, heading E. Follow Pressly to the end of the block. The Priory is on the left.
From Amtrak/Bus Station: Take Liberty Ave West to 9th Street, Right -north- at Ninth St. Go over 9th Bridge to Anderson Street. Right -east- at -T- Intersection and make an immediate Left -north- onto Cedar Avenue. At next intersection -Pressley Street- make a right. Priory is at the end of the block on the left.
From Cleveland: Follow Ohio Turnpike East to PA Turnpike. Follow PA Turnpike to Cranberry Exit -exit 3-. Follow signs at Interchance to I75 South. Take I79 South to I279 South heading toward Pittsburgh. Take exit 8B East Street. After stop sign turn right -west- onto North Ave. At the second light turn left -south- onto Cedar Ave. Follow Cedar seven blocks to Pressley and turn left -east- onto Pressley. The Priory is at the end of the block on the left.
From Interstate 79: Follow I79 South to I279 South and take exit 8B East Street. After stop sign turn right -West- onto North Ave. At the second light turn left -south- onto Cedar Ave. Follow cedar seven blocks to Pressley and turn left -east- onto Preslley. The Priory is at the end of the block on the left.
From PA Turnpike and I376: Follow 376 West 15 miles into Pittsburgh and take Exit 1 North Shore. Get onto the Fort Duquesne Bridge, move over to the far right lane, 279 North. Take exit 7C east Ohio street. Turn left -west- onto East Ohio St. At the second light turn left onto Cedar Ave. Go three blocks and turn left onto Pressley and the Priory is at the end of the block on the left.
From PNC Park/Heinz Field: Make a right out of the Priory down to Cedar. Turn left on Cedar. Turn right on Stocktown. Turn left on Sandusky. Turn right on General Robinson. PNC Park is at the corner of General Robinson and Federal Streets.
From Philadelphia: Take I270 N to I70 W. At PA Turnpike -I76- head West toward Pittsburgh. Exit at Monroeville Exit -I376-. Follow 376 West 15 miles into Pittsburgh and take exit 1 North Shore. Follow ramp onto the Fort Duquesne Bridge, move over to the far right lane, 279 North. Take Exit 7C East Ohio Street. Turn left -west- onto East Ohio St. At TI second light turn left onto Cedar Ave. Go three blocks and turn left onto Pressley and the Priory is at the end of the block on the left.
From Route 28: Follow Route 28 West to the East Ohio Street exit. Follow East Ohio Street -west- to Cedar Avenue and turn left onto Cedar Ave -south-.
From Station Square: Turn right out of the lot onto Nash. Turn left on Lockhart. Turn left on Cedar. Turn right on Stocktown and then make an immediate left at the light onto Anderson. Anderson becomes the 9th Street Bridge. Take the 9th St. Bridge into Downtown. Turn right onto Liberty Ave. Turn left onto Wood St. Turn left onto the Blvd. of the Allies. Turn right onto Smithfield St. and follow it across the Smithfield St. Bridge. At the end of the bridge turn right on Carson and Station Square will be on the right with signs for parking.
