The Conwell Inn is a smoke-free, pet-friendly boutique hotel with the charm and feel of a European bed and breakfast. Each of our 22 designer rooms are unique and reflect the charm, ambiance and history of the nineteenth century brick & mortar town homes that now house the hotel. From Northeast Extension Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take Exit 25A to I-476 (Blue Route) South approximately 5 miles to I-76 East. Follow I-76 East for approximately 18 miles to Exit 38 (Central Philadelphia/East 676). Note: this is a LEFT lane exit. Proceed one-half mile to the Broad Street Exit. Turn left on Broad Street - 611 North - and follow North Broad past Montgomery Avenue until Berks Mall, which is 1 1/2 blocks past the Liacouras Center. Follow Route 38 approximately six miles to cross Benjamin Franklin Bridge. From the bridge follow signs to Vine Street Local Traffic and proceed one mile to Broad Street. Turn left on Broad Street - 611 North - and follow North Broad past Montgomery Avenue until Berks Mall, which is 1 1/2 blocks past the Liacouras Center. Follow Route 13 South for two miles to Route 413 North. Turn right and proceed one mile to I-95. Turn left and follow I-95 South for 16 miles to the Girard Avenue Exit. Follow Girard Avenue for 2.3 miles to Broad Street.
