A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age.
