The Newbury Guest House is housed in three former single-family Victorian residences built in the Queen Anne and rustic styles. Renovated in the early 1990s, these three homes were combined to create a 32-room hotel in the heart of Boston. Now independently owned and operated by a local Bostonian, this historic inn still contains many original details such as ceiling medallions, parquet and hardwood floors and decorative fireplaces.

From Boston/Logan Intl Airport: SE Follow signs to the Ted Williams Tunnel take the exit for 93 south. Take exit 18/Mass Ave on right. Go to lights and take a right on Massachusetts Avenue. Travel approx. 1.2 miles on Mass Ave and take a right on Boylston St. Take the third left onto Fairfield St. Take a left at the stop sign on Newbury Street. The Newbury Guest House is 261 - a half block down on the right.
From Hwy/Interstate: From Route 90 -Mass turnpike- take exit 22-Copley Square/Prudential. Follow the signs for Copley Square. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Dartmouth St. Turn left at the third traffic light onto Newbury Street. The front entrance to The Newbury Guest House is a 1/2 blocks down on your right - 261 Newbury Street.
From South: S From Route 93 take exit 18 -Mass Ave. on the left. Go up ramp and take a left a the lights onto the Mass Ave connector. Take a right at the next lights onto Massachusetts Ave. Go approximately 1.2 miles on Mass Ave and take a right onto Boylston St. Take your third left onto Fairfield Street. Take a left at the stop sign onto Newbury Street. The Newbury Guest House 261 is 1/2 block down on the right.
From North: N From Route 93 or Route 1 take the Storrow Drive exit ramp. Stay to the left at the fork in the road and pass through a short tunnel. Move to the right lane as you emerge from the tunnel. Take the second exit on the left marked Copley Square. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Beacon St. go four blocks and turn left onto Exeter St. Go three blocks and turn right onto Newbury Street. The front entrance to The Newbury Guest House is 1 1/2 blocks down on the right - 261 Newbury Street.
