Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment.
Location description: We are located just north of the East University exit off of Highway 65 on Metro East Drive. -- Directions -- From I-80 - take the Altoona-Highway 65 south on Highway 65. Continue about 3 miles to exit 79 - Highway 163 or East University-Pleasant Hill. Bear right to first intesection. Turn right on North East 56th for 0.25 mile to Metro East Drive. Turn right continue up hill 1 block to Value Place.
