Sierra Nevada Sky Resort The Sierra Nevada ski resort has numerous runs of varying difficulties to satisfy all skiing desires. Natural snow is supplemented by snow cannons on some runs. Being so far south, many skiers are pleasantly surprised to find the air temperature is usually warmer than other resorts. The is an surprisingly active nightlife in the Sierra Nevada resort. Catedral This cathedral, with its five naves, is considered as the most important Renaissance building in Spain. Built between the Gothic and the Renaissance periods, it presents elements of an early renaissance style.
