Recreation and Health On approximately 1500sqm the Nassauer Hof Therme offers exclusive option for relaxation: indoor thermal swimming pool 32 ??Celsius (86 Fahrenheit); sauna; solarium; fitness center; personal training and an Est??e Lauder beauty Thermal Pool Under the hotel's foundation gushes a thermal spring. Its healing mineral water is used to feed a thermal pool on the hotel's fifth floor. Since the water exits from the earth at a temperature of some 160??, it is cooled down to a comfortable 90??. A dip in this pool offers rest and relaxation to our guests. Attached to this pool is a clear water dipping basin, used to rinse remaining mineral salts from the swimmers' bodies. A fitness center and solarium complete the installation which is supervised by a physio-therapeutical expert. This wellness center is also offering a variety of massages and therapeutic gymnastics.
